Laundromat Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Glenmore Coin Laundry and Dry-cleaning. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

We offer self-service machines, wash and fold services, dry cleaning, and other related services. Specific terms may apply to each service.

3. Hours of Operation

Our laundromat operates from 8:30 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week. We reserve the right to change these hours at our discretion. Please note that last wash load starts one hour before closing to provide enough time for drying and folding.

4. Payment

We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Use of Machines

• Customers must follow instructions provided for using the machines.
• Damaging the machines through misuse or overloading may result in charges for repairs or replacements.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items due to misuse of machines.

6. Liability

• We take the utmost care in handling your items. However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use of our services unless due to our negligence.
• Customers must check pockets for any items before loading laundry. We are not responsible for items left in pockets or damage caused by such items.

7. Collection of Items

• Items must be collected within 21 days after the completion of the service. Uncollected items may be donated to charity after this period.
• Customers must present a receipt or identification to collect items.

8. Prohibited Items

• Flammable, explosive, items soiled with mud/soil, grease or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to refuse servicing items that we deem unsuitable.
• Please notify attendant before washing any items soiled with grease, oil or pet hair.

9. Refund Policy

• If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will review your complaint and may offer a refund or re-service.
• Refunds are at the discretion of the management and are not guaranteed.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that personal information is handled in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
